Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee.

• Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable for late cancellations.

2. Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.

• Multiple reschedules may not be allowed.

3. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

• No refunds for completed services.

4. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we cancel due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
